Nokia C5-03 merupakan ponsel seberat 93 gram yang muncul dengan kamera 5MP, akses Wi-Fi, dan GPS. Keunggulan yang perlu dipertimbangkan adalah fitur GPS on-board yang terintegrasi dengan OviMaps lengkap dengan navigasi suara.

HP Nokia C5-03 menggunakan teknologi layar sentuh. Resolusi meningkat menjadi 360 x 640 pixel, ketajaman dan kekayaan warna jelas makin optimal. Sebagai jembatan interaksi menu, disiapkan layar seluas 3,2 inchi. Semua fungsi pengetikan melalui layar sentuh akibat ketiadaan keypad.

Kapasitas baterainya terbatas, hanya 1000mAh. Tapi, Nokia mengklaimnya sanggup bertahan sampai 11,5 jam waktu bicara dan 35 jam memutar musik non-stop (19,5 jam jika Anda memakai headset Bluetooth). Selain itu, beberapa orang menyayangkan langkah Nokia yang tidak menyematkan OS Symbian 3 pada ponsel barunya, justru memasangkan S60v5.
